About OMD

OntarioMD (OMD) is a subsidiary of the Ontario Medical Association and receives its funding from the Province of Ontario. OMD has worked with more than 30,000 clinicians and their staff for 20 years to help them adopt and use digital tools that are best suited to the way they practice. Due to its proven track record in delivering digital health solutions to clinicians, it was chosen by the Ontario Ministry of Health to lead the first AI project for primary care in Ontario funded by the Ministry’s agency, Ontario Health resulting in the AI Scribe Evaluation Study.
